Called Glassy Mountain after a debacle with some national flower chain that was disguised as a local shop. This debacle included 4 rescheduled delivery dates and a long 'chat' with an AI bot. Gave up and cancelled. Called Glassy and spoke with the owner, who was incredibly sweet and accommodating. The delivery was slated for two days from the call but ended up arriving a day early, which was great considering how late they already were! Mom loved the flowers and my sister said they were incredibly beautiful. Will be using Glassy Mtn. in the future. THANK YOU for your help!
